  1. Add butter, milk and egg to combined dry ingredients.
  2. Mix just until moistened.
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Shape dough to form a ball.
  5. Pat out to form an 8" circle on a lightly greased and floured baking sheet.
  6. Score into 8 to 12 wedges.
  7. Bake 12-15 minutes at 425 degrees.
  8. Serve warm.
