I love all the ingredients so this was a definite treat for me. I used extra sharp cheddar. It does need to be put in the microwave to melt the cheese more. It is the first time I have eaten the soup undiluted. It was very good.
Pretty good; I think it would be great for kids. After I took the picture, I put it in the microwave for 30 seconds to melt the cheese more.
This sounds like an Americanized version of Welsh Rabbit (or Rarebit)...hence the name, I suppose :-)
