A yummy chili-cheese dip that always disappears.
- 1 1⁄2 lbs hamburger
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 2 (1 lb) cans chili without beans
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
- Brown hamburger with onions. Drain the grease.
- Stir in all other ingredients and cook over low heat until cheese melts and is bubbly.
- Serve hot and scoop in with tortilla chips.
