  1. This is so yummy. The only changed I made was to use half and half cream. Thanks Seesko :) Made for 123 hit wonders

  2. Clicked on this out of curiosity, thought it was a dog treat! However it was a human treat instead! This made a fun drink and very delish! I used orange juice as I had that on hand. Enjoyed a few of these!

  3. Oh yeah this is good! I knew I was going to love this drink and it did not disappoint - it's sweet and smooth and creamy and delicious! I used a spoonful of ice cream instead of whipped cream. Just loved this - thanks for sharing the recipe!

  4. Yummy! This came out a creamy, pale green. I do not know why it would be called a Scooby Snack other than it is a delicious treat! I made this as written but used fat free half and half for the whipping cream to save calories. Thanks seesko! *Made for Bevy Tag! *

I am the mother of two beautiful boys. I love to bake and cook which has helped me to become very overweight. I have lost 50 pounds this past year and have been learning to cook "lighter". We still enjoy many of the same dishes we used to. However, I have learned portion control and how to make suttle changes to my recipes that don't affect the flavor.
