Fresh, hot, LOW FAT biscuits for a meal or snack anytime. This recipe is from the "Company's Coming - Light" cookbook.

  1. Measure first 5 ingredients into bowl.
  2. Cut in maragarine until crumbly.
  3. Add sour milk. Stir until soft ball forms.
  4. Divide into 4 equal balls, then divide each ball into 4 smaller balls.
  5. Arrange on an ungreased baking sheet.
  6. Bake at 425F for 10 to 15 minutes until risen and browned.
  7. Makes 16 scones.
