We made this salsa at school for our school lunch. We eyeballed the seasoning, so feel free to add as much or as little seasoning as you wish. I also added carrot.

  1. Chop all ingredients and place in a large bowl.
  2. Add liquids and toss.
  3. Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour or overnight so the ingredients blend.
