This is a quick and easy on the go breakfast; this recipe is from the Corpening twins' book Super Smoothies.
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry nectar
- 3⁄4 cup quartered frozen unsweetened strawberries
- 1 frozen banana, sliced
- Combine the yogurt and strawberry nectar in a blender.
- Add the strawberries and banana. Blend until smooth.
