I would not call this a Pizza! It would also never feed 12 people!
It's somewhere between an omlette and a quiche. It was quite bland, but has a lot of possibilities.
I am going to make this with browned, spicy breakfast sausage, will also add some minced garlic and use sharp cheddar cheese. That way it would be great for breakfast or even brunch.

Very colorful and looks exactly like in picture..but..was rather rubbery and tasteless despite all the goodies in it. Sorry..wish we had liked it.people found this review Helpful. I thought this was really good. I used the cheese that I had on hand (cheddar-jack) and green onions instead of red. My hubby didn't like the peppers (even though they were tiny) so I will try different combinations next time. I also mixed the ingredients ahead of time. This recipe is a little like a crustless quiche. I used 2 eggs & half a cup of flour and havlved all the other ingredients due to a lack of eggs in the house. This worked fine...I cooked it for 25mins in a 7"x11" non stick pan lined with baking paper. The salami I used was a mild one but next time I will use a much stronger one. I have passed this recipe onto my daughter who has just become a 'Tupperware Demonstrator" as I can see that this recipe will work well with their products. I was curious about this recipe and frankly thought Mmm I wonder if it will work? Well it sure does - delicious, This pizza has a soft, actually a no crust bottom but it is loaded with flavor, pick it up with your fingers and gets my vote. I followed the clear instructions and measured the ingredients exactly-used HOT salami, fresh mushrooms and a medium Gouda. The taste combination is great. I mixed the recipe 3 hours before baking it, 1/2 hour before dinner preheated oven to 400 and poured it in the pan, popped it in the oven and 30 minutes later - well you can see the result in the pictures.One thing, the recipe produces 12 pieces not 12 servings This is an easy tasty time saving winner - Thanks Berliner Gore for a new way to make and enjoy pizza P.S. look at the nutritional breakdownpeople found this review Helpful.
