Cooked up this recipe while in Japan, when I used to miss smoked food from Italy like "spek" ham, etc.and found consolation in smoked salmon (cheaper than imported ham and salami). It's healthy and tasty, a surprisingly refreshing salad.

Directions

  1. Peel the fruits and chop it.
  2. Wash the salad leaves and cut it, then add (if you have) yuzu's peel, and stripes of smoked salmon.
  3. Dress it with salt pepper and the extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Enjoy!
