So good, so healthy. Things that taste this good are not meant to taste this good!
- 1 ripe banana
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 15 ml apple juice (or more to taste)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoons pecan nuts
- Blitz together the first 4 ingredients.
- Add the pecans and give a final blitz.
- Pour into a tall glass and dust with cinnamon.
I enjoyed this for breakfast using mixed nuts that I placed in the blender with some slightly warmed honey and apple juice and blended to get the honey to blend in well. Then added a frozen banana and a couple ice cubes and remained of ingredients.
