  1. Heat oven to 190C (375F).
  2. In blender, combine sunflower seeds, salt and garlic.
  3. Add sesame seeds and pulse to combine.
  4. Add water 2 tbsp at a time, checking for when it clumps together.
  5. Knead on bench.
  6. Roll out between waxed paper and transfer to tray.
  7. Use pizza cutter to cut into squares.
  8. Bake until browned, about 15-20 minutes.
  9. Break along scored lines.
  10. Mix tuna and mayonnaise together and serve with crackers.
