  1. Add 1/2 tsp of salt to zucchini, wait 15 mintues and then squeeze to remove excess water.
  2. Preheat oven to 200C (400F) degrees.
  3. Mix together zucchini, eggs, almond meal.
  4. Spread batter onto baking paper in a thin layer
  5. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes until set.
  6. Add tomato paste, sprinkle with basil. Add bacon, onion and cheese.
