A nice way to make use of a variety of veggies. I ended up not using the egg yolks but I don't think the soup suffered for it. I did use fresh dill and rather more than listed - a few tablespoons at the beginning and then stirred in more fresh dill at the end. I love dill in soups such as this. The radishes I have to say I am a bit ambivalent over. They tasted fine, but I would also make the soup if I did not happen to have any around.

Unusual and delightful soup! Loved the combination of veggies, speaking of which, they took me a bit more than 8 minutes to chop, slice, and I like to remove the stems from the spinach. Thanks, breezermom. Made for Photo Tag.

I have just made this soup and love it. I substitued the spinach for Swiss chard as I had some in the house. I made it for an appitizer at a dinner party I am throwing tonight but it may just be a bit too filling.

I have to admit, I was scared of this soup at first...radishes? But it was absolutely wonderful and had a gourgeous presentation. This is a soup to impress the ladies! I encourage everyone to try it at least once...you'll keep using the recipe over and over again!
