Prep 10 mins
Cook 5 mins
- 3 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1⁄8 cup salt
- 1 dash ground pepper
- 1 -2 teaspoon butter or 1 -2 teaspoon margarine
- 1⁄4 teaspoon minces garlic
- In a med bowl beat together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper with a wire whisk or fork. In a 6 1/2 inch skillet melt butter over med heat; add garlic and cook until soft. Pour in egg mixture. Cook over med heat, without stirring, until mixture begins to set on the bottom and around edge.
- With a spatula or a large spoon, lift and fold the partially cooked egg mixture so that the uncooked portion flows underneath. Continue cooking over med heat for 2 to 3 minutes or until egg mixture is cooked through but is still glossy and moist. Remove from heat and serve.
Loved the addition of the garlic though I just used some garlic butter instead of mincing some garlic and only used 2 large eggs and served with a slice of wholemeal/wholegrain toast, thank you scarley, made for Name that Ingredient tag game.
