Great recipe! I made some changes. I added mushrooms, but left out the green onions, tomatoes and cheese based on what I had on hand. I did sprinkle some Mrs. Dash on the veggies while they were cooking. Yummy! This was my first attempt at cooking scallops.
Scallops are a family favorite and when they are the size of eggs they are especially filling. Add the other ingredients and top them off with cheese, and you will observe a work of art, while your tastebuds quiver "lovealicious". (This is DH's review.)

Made this with a few amendments and it turned out awesome! I will definetely make again. I used frozen bay scallops, 1 zucchini, 1 yellow squash, a little broccoli, and yellow onion instead of green onions. I served over fettucine and we had a nice salad also. Easy weeknight dinner, but I would have made it for company too!
This was so quick and easy. It's a flexible recipe - we added yellow squash and other veggies. Really hit the spot!
This was very good and easy. Would make a great company meal. I used some halved grape tomatoes since that was what I had on hand. Only used 1 lb. of scallops because I like a lot of veggies. Also added a few sauteed mushrooms. Yum!
