  1. This was very good. I added Emeril's Essence and some chopped scallions to garnish. I didn't use any parsley. I did add some butter to the oil. I had to do this in batches because I made a lot for my pan and I then added the garlic at the end and mixed them all around together in a large deep skillet. I learned from my experience of first adding the garlic into the first pan I used after the first batch but then it burned as I added the other batches and so it all got stuck to the pan so I switched to the larger pan as described. Thank you for a lovely recipe.

I live in Minneapolis with my husband and our dog Dexter. We just got married in Oct. of 2006 and live in an old house that we remodeled ourselves and turned into a duplex. He's a med student and is just starting his residency in family practice. I'm an adult mental health case manager. My job is super-stressful and takes up most of the brain power that I have in a day, but cooking is relaxing to me, and I love trying new combinations of foods. <img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg271/MrsTeny/Permanent%20Collection/PACSpring09Iwasadopted.jpg">
