Incredibly simple and foolproof. The ingredients are common; the prep is simple. The taste is quite sophisticated Don't hesitate serving this to your family or guests. My wife and I loved it. We paired this with a malbec from Argentina for a great meal.
I love scallops, and this light-tasting sauce really lets the flavor of the scallops shine. I made exactly per the directions, and served over angel hair pasta. Very enjoyable dish.
This was a wonderful dish. Not only did it taste good, but it made my kitchen smell delectable. I will make it again and again. You can use any type fish or even chicken. I loved it.
I made this recipe as directed except I cut the recipe in half to serve 2. Definitely needs salt and pepper to taste at the end. I thought the flavor was the best after the dish had cooled down some. I would serve this with good Italian bread to sop up the juices.
An excellent dish! A restaurant quality, light, flavorful dish that is pretty easy to make. I subbed white wine for red and it worked great. I served this over angel hair pasta and will definitely make this again.
This has got to be one of the best dishes we have had in a long time. We just loved the broth that this made. I served mine over linguine and it was delicious. I did cut the recipe in half but I still have some scallops frozen in the freezer so it will be made again and soon. This is going in my top 20 for 2008 cookbook. Thanks for posting. :)

This was very tasty and so quick to prepare! All the flavours balance each other nicely, and the sauce is quite subtle. I served this with some olive and rosemary flat bread, which soaked up the sauce very well. Mmm. Thanks Mersaydees!
