Any sort of tomato works well. I prefer red or sweet onions and double the recipe to avoid fights.

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix sliced vegetables.
  3. Mix melted butter with sugar, salt, oregano, and pepper.
  4. Mix butter with veggies.
  5. Spread in pan.
  6. Bake ½ hour; remove from oven; spread Parmesan over top; bake ½ hour more.
