    Directions:

      Grease the bottom of an 8x8 glass baking dish with butter. Cube tomatoes and toss with bread crumbs, seasoning, and then top with cheese. Bake at 375.

      This is such a great way to enjoy fresh homegrown tomatoes. I added a teeny bit of sugar but otherwise stuck to the recipe. It was a just the right balance of sweet, savory and cheesy. Thanx for sharing!

      seems like a good recipe as it is light and quick to make.ideal for involving young children in cooking. could be served with pasta or salad.
