Excellent recipe. I increased the cheese to 1/2 cup and added a bit of fresh grated nutmeg and a dish of Tabasco. I left out the worchestershire sauce. I sliced 1/2 sweet onion. I layered 1/3 potatoes, 1/3 onion, 1/3 sauce and baked as directed. This was a quick and easy recipe and dh said it was the best scalloped potatoes dish.

Was good, easy to make and husband liked it.It's just the two of us. So it was nice to find a small recipe. Had enough for leftovers for husbands lunch.

Although this is similar to the Betty Crocker recipe I've been using for years this one is so much better.<br/>I love the addition of the cheese and the FF onions...and that it's scaled down for two. I did add 1/4 cup chopped onions in with the potatoes and upped the cheese to 1 cup. I baked them at 350 covered for 35 minutes and uncovered for about 20 minutes since I was baking them along side my chicken thighs. Great recipe that I'll be using often. Thanks for posting Shapeweaver.

I doubled the recipe to make it for my family. We all enjoyed it but next time I will probably add more cheese and cook it a bit longer as other reviewers have done.

I often make this recipe without the worcestersire and french fried onions. I simply add some chopped onion or onion powder and more cheese to the potatoes. This a wonderful recipe and thanks so much for posting. I love the easy recipes for two and wish we had more on this site.

This was a pleasant surprise. I used about 1/2 cup of cheese and it was delicious!

Made this dish last night and my husband really enjoyed it. I put extra cheese in and did use the onion topping which liked....Only change I made was to increase the cooking time; it required an hour to have the potatoes soften. Will make this again.

Very yummy! I added some raw broccoli pieces and they were perfectly cooked and really yummy in there. I didn't see a temperature, so i cooked at 400 and that worked great.
