  1. very good--but i omitted the cooking in the fat part as the ham was already cooked and it made it a bit healthier

  2. I mixed the flour in with the fried ham as it doesn't say to remove ham from the skillet. This put my ham in the soup mixture and I could not layer ham as directions say. Regardless, this tasted delicious. I will be making this again, the right way next time.

  3. Excellent recipe!! My husband and I both agree on this. I had left- over spiral sliced ham to use. It's sweet flavor brought out the best taste ever. Thanks Chris. Diana W.

  4. This was a great recipe for leftover ham...it tasted good and went together nicely...also had all of the ingredients on hand... It was just a tad salty for my taste, although my husband enjoyed it just the way it was... Thanks for posting this...Sharon P.

  5. I just used ham, non-smoked, and probably added more onions than called for, and it was wonderful. Even my husband thought it was great, and he is a non-carrot eater. Thanks Chris...you made my day.
