This was SOOOO good! My 3 year olds said they were 'very good', and my husband said they were 'amazing'. Definitely a keeper!

I made these potatoes for Easter brunch. Everyone liked them. I think that next time I might add some dice jalepeno for some spice.

This recipe was excellent. I finally found a scalloped potato recipe my WHOLE family enjoyed. Usually my daughter says "too many onions", my son says "too much cheese". This was perfect for everyone. Thank you!

I have to admit I was a bit skeptical when I mixed up the sauce to pour over the potatoes simply because it just didn't look very appetizing. Boy, was I ever wrong. The sauce came together great after cooking and the flavor is wonderful. I asked DH how he liked them and he said "I love the potatoes - they are perfect". Thanks for a great side dish MarieAlice!

This was SOOOO good! even with my small changes. I doubled the garlic powder, used vegetable broth, and my Better Butter recipe. Oh, almost forgot, also used skimmed milk. My students LOVED it!

We really enjoyed this for dinner tonight! Not what I would consider traditional scalloped potatoes, there's no creamy gloppy cheesy sauce. I actually preferred this lighter tasting recipe. Enough liquid to cook and flavor the potatoes nicely. Also, the top gets deliciously crunchy. Thanks, MarieAlice, for sharing your recipe!
