A great potato dish.
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1⁄4 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 2 cups potatoes, sliced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄3 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons onions, sliced
- Combine soup, cheese, onion, salt and milk in a small casserole.
- Add potatoes and mix.
- Bake in a preheated 375°F oven for 1 hour.
