I love this! I however double the sauce, and the cheese because I feel like the potato is kinda bland without it. But I love this recipe anyway. I think that this is a great recipe for families.
My kind of recipe-put it in oven and later added some asparagus to sheet while dh grilled the chicken. Mine took 1 hour to get done before adding the topping. I reduced the garlic powder by half and omitted the salt. Thank you aronsinvest for posting a repeater. Love the suggestion for how to cut through the potato.
