A simple recipe passed down from my husband's mother that has become a staple at holiday gatherings!

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 (14 ounce) can cream-style corn
  • 1 plus cup crushed saltine
  • 12 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • to taste salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all but butter and put in square casserole dish that has been buttered or sprayed with Pam.
  2. Put dots of butter on top.
  3. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes or until browned.
