    Ingredients:

    Serves: 6-8

    Yield:

    Units: US | Metric

    • 2 (14 ¾ ounce) cans kernel corn
    • 2 (14 ¾ ounce) cans cream-style corn
    • 1 (¼ lb) Ritz cracker , crushed (1 tube)
    • 2 tablespoons sugar
    • 2 teaspoons salt
    • 1 ½ teaspoons pepper (or more to suit your taste)
    • 2 tablespoons butter (for dotting top)

    Directions:

    1. 1
      In a microwave or oven safe bowl combine mix together corn and crushed crackers. Add the sugar, salt and pepper mix again.
    2. 2
      Place 4-5 butter slivers around the top of corn.
    3. 3
      Microwave for 7 minutes or till hot all the way through, or Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
