This was my favorite side dish growing up. I lost the recipe, and have had to recreate it from memory, so there may be a few kinks. I'm still working on it! It is a wonderful dish, easy to make. It goes with everything from Thanksgiving dinner to a weekday night, and is especially good with ham.

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Grease 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix all ingredients together.
  4. Pour into greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.

This recipe is awesome. The only thing I do different sometimes is using leftover crumbled cornbread, instead of crackers, if I have it. True comfort food. Thanks!

This was amazingly good. Which surprised me because just a few weeks before I had tred another baked corn recipe and I couldn't even eat it. I used Parmesan and romano cheese instead of the cheddar, and it was delicious. Thanks!

Delicious! It reminded me of my mom's scalloped corn which was exactly what I was looking for. The only change I will make next time is I will add two cans of corn. Thank you Sara! :)
