This is a recipe that I got from my mother. This is one of my favorite side dishes with ham or pork roast.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups corn
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup cracker crumb (she used Ritz)
  • 1 12 cups milk
  • salt and pepper

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients in order given.
  2. Butter sides and bottom of 9"x9" pan and pour corn mixture into it.
  3. Bake on slow (325 degree)oven for 25 minutes. Enjoy.
