    Ingredients:

    • 2 cups cream-style corn
    • 1 cup milk
    • 1 egg, well beaten
    • 1 cup cracker crumb
    • 1/4 cup onion, minced
    • 3 tablespoons pimiento
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • pepper, to taste
    • 1/2 cup cracker crumb, buttered

    Directions:

      Heat corn and milk.
    2. 2
      Stir in egg; then other ingredients; mix well.
    3. 3
      Pour in greased 8-inch dish.
    4. 4
      Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top of mixture in dish.

      Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
