Ingredients Nutrition

  • 2 cups cream-style corn
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 cup cracker crumb
  • 14 cup onion, minced
  • 3 tablespoons pimiento
  • 34 teaspoon salt
  • pepper, to taste
  • 12 cup cracker crumb, buttered

Directions

  1. Heat corn and milk.
  2. Stir in egg; then other ingredients; mix well.
  3. Pour in greased 8-inch dish.
  4. Sprinkle buttered crumbs over top of mixture in dish.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
