  • 2 cups minced clams with juice
  • 1 cup cracker crumb
  • 1 cup milk (or half-and-half)
  • 14 cup melted butter
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten

directions

  • Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Transfer to a buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
