An easy to prepare recipe with a nice flavor! I added a dash of sesame oil and enjoyed it with a quick stirfry for an easy meal. Thanks for sharing! Veg*n Swap 25
Yummy and easy. I used left over cooked white Basmati rice. I used a brown egg, sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. Olive oil to cook it and tried before and after drizzling sesame oil on top. I did prefer it without. Made for ZWT6 Asian region, for my team, The Ya Ya Cookerhood.
Amazing, easy side dish, or just eat it all, either way, you will be so happy you just ingested a whopper of a taste with very little extra work on your part. Done. On table. That fast. I added some fresh asparagus that had been boiled for 2 minutes, nice addition, but not necessary as this stands alone as a great meal. Made for ZWT #6 May 2010
A nice, easy fried rice. I doubled the recipe for our family of 3 and it was great. My pork chops had a marinade with soy sauce so this worked great to stay away from more S.S. I agree with a previous posters that adding some peas would still keep it easy and be a nice addition. Sorry that in the photo the eggs and scallions don't show up. Not much of a photographer here but thought maybe it was better than no pic! Thanks for sharing your recipe. Made for ZWT X-tra Hot Dishes.

Oh wow! I absolutely loved this! I doubled the recipe and it served 2 as a main meal. I cooked the rice with a chicken stock cube to give it more flavour, used 4 scallions, nut oil and lots of soy sauce. I added the scallions and eggs at the same time to let the scallions keep some of their flavour by not overcooking them. BF suggested peas and finely diced carrots for next time! I'm not getting egg fried rice from the Chinese takeaway ever again! Thanks for a great recipe!
