I'm really surprised that I didn't like this recipe more. I love all of the ingredients and expected this to be a big winner. I was really excited to find something easy that looked so similar to my labor intensive lasagna. I wish I could say I loved it, but the sour cream flavor was just too separate for me. I think that I would have liked better with 1/2 sour cream and 1/2 cottage cheese more. There's nothing wrong with the recipe, I think it's just personal taste.

Super delicious! It's a good thing I left the dish out in the kitchen or I would have been back for more than one refill! The cream cheese layer brings this over the edge, we loved it! I used Primo Spaghetti Sauce instead of tomato sauce as that is all I had on hand and I cut the salt back to a 1/2 tsp. Excellent dish that I will make many more times in the future. Thx loof!

This is just like a recipe I've made for years, except I add chopped green onions to the sour cream and cream cheese mix instead of onion powder. This version is just as good! Thanks for posting a great comfort food that everyone enjoys. Made for Zaar Stars tag.

Delish! I halved this and used fine egg noodles, light sour cream and lite cream cheese. Other than those adjustments, I didn't change a thing. Next time I may try some other spices in the sauce, though I really liked it as is. Lovely and fairly easy casserole. Thanks for the recipe loof!

This was off the hook. I made this with few variations. I added 3 cups of cheese on top because I love cheese and added some feta cheese in the sauce. Took it to work and co-workers ate it up with delight. Will make again eventhough I can't pronounce it.

I made this for my boys for lunch. They enjoyed it. I followed the recipe as written but I used light sour cream as that is what I had. I also used egg noodles for the noodles. I keep frozen cooked hamburger in my freezer so this made for an even quicker meal. This was easy to make and I am sure I will be making it again. Thanks loof.

VEry tasty. I made this using egg noodles and light sour cream. I might use more tomato sauce next time and I think mushrooms would be good too. Nice, easy meal for a work night. I will make it again. I made it in a covered casserole and baked it for about 33 minutes. **Made for Went to Market 2007**

This was really good. I used angel hair pasta, and followed the directions exactly. My DH enjoyed it thoroughly and suggested that next time I use Italian Sausuage instead of the Hamburger. I think I will try that, it could be good. However, I will cook it like the hamburger meat, not in sausage form. Thank you for a great recipe.

Both my husband and daughter came into the kitchen to see what smelled so good as I was cooking this. It was quick and easy and was gobbled by all. I used pasta shells and cooked it in an oval casserole dish. Because of the thickness, I baked it for 35 minutes.
