  1. Brown Mince and finely chopped onion.
  2. Drain Fat from mince.
  3. Add half of the water & vegetables.
  4. Cook 5 minutes on stove top on medium.
  5. Take off heat then.
  6. Slowly add the gravy powder and other half water whilst stirring inches.
  7. Add the rest of ingredients.
  8. Return the heat and simmer for 20 mins
  9. Serve with crusty bread (optional).
  10. Ta da!

Hi, thanks for this simple tasty savoury mince... Have to say, I knew you were Aussie, because of the vegemite... I did leave out tabasco and lemon, as I have my elderly mum living here.... will use this again.. thanks.. from another Aussie.
