Wonderful but different pie. Mine took much longer than stated but was easy to do.
Served with Tarragon chicken and madeleines for dessert.

Excellent Dish!!! The Ingredients list mentions milk but the Directions don't tell what to do with it. I added it to the egg/mustard mix. Also, what size baking dish? I actually used a casserole dish. Other than that it's simple & GOOD!!!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? This looks sooo impressive, as if you spent a lot of time putting it together but of course, you don't have to. I guess that's part and parcel of being a Domestic Goddess? Delicious, cooledskin. Thanks for making me look grand. I made this in a springform pan and it worked nicely.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Well, this was ridiculously easy and GOOD! Who'd have thought to make an upside-down onion pie?! The onion filling was fab and the crust - well, I can't say enough about the crust! I will definitely try using it in bunches of other recipes...I am already envisaging upside-down quiches and greek pitas!!! Thanks for a super recipe.people found this review Helpful.
