We love this in my house. If you're a real cheese lover, this is for you
- 2⁄3 cup ricotta cheese
- 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup shredded swiss cheese
- 1⁄4 cup minced green onion
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon milk (maybe more)
- Combine the cheeses, green onion, prepared mustard, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
- Add enough milk to make spreading consistency, chill covered until serving time.
- Serve on French or whole grain bread, with crackers or fresh veggie sticks.
