Savory Three=cheese Sandwich Spread

• Yields: 1 1/2 cups

ingredients

• 2⁄3 cup ricotta cheese
• 1⁄2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 1⁄2 cup shredded swiss cheese
• 1⁄4 cup minced green onion
• 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
• 1⁄8 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tablespoon milk (maybe more)

directions

1. Combine the cheeses, green onion, prepared mustard, and pepper in a bowl; mix well.
2. Add enough milk to make spreading consistency, chill covered until serving time.
3. Serve on French or whole grain bread, with crackers or fresh veggie sticks.
