This recipe uses a ready-mix bread stuffing with a couple fresh ingredients.
- 1⁄2 cup celery leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup water
- 2 cups bread stuffing mix (1/2 of an 8 oz package)
- Saute celery leaves and onion in butter in a medium-size saucepan.
- Add water; heat to boiling.
- Stir in bread stuffing; toss with fork just until moistened.
