Excellent recipe! I will use this again and again. It created an extremely moist, flavorable ham. I didn't have orange juice concentrate, so I used 1/4 cup of orange soda instead and it turned out fine. Thanks for posting!

This made a great ham. Followed as listed for a 10+ lb ham. Was easily done after an hour in the over.

I appreciated the detailed instructions on using the cooking bag. This was the first time I had tried a ham in one. The ham turned out very moist. I do wish I had basted the ham though. All of the tasty sauce was in the bottom of the bag. Thank you for sharing the recipe!

I DON'T LIKE HAM! Or should I say it has never liked me. I finally broke down and made this for the three ham lovers in our family. All three of them loved it. It tasted good but I avoid ham. I would use this again. Maybe I will let them have a ham once per year. I found a great price on a Farmer John Spiral Cut Ham. I will use the bone for Split Pea Soup. I know that I will enjoy the soup even though one of the ham lovers hates it. They liked the gravy I made with the juices from the bag. It is sweet but they enjoyed it on the ham.

Followed this recipe with the exception of using fresh orange juice, did not have concentrate. Everything turned out great! I've never cooked with an oven bag and in 16 years of marriage, have never made ham. Loved everything about this recipe, including how easy it was. Would definitely recommend it.

Amazing!! All I needed to do was boil down the juice with some cornstarch and voila and amazing meal. Paired it with some salt and pepper red roasted potatoes that I put in at the same time in the bottom rack. Will certainly do it again!!
