Everyone loved these. I cooked them on the stove as directed and then froze them for an upcoming party. I took them out of the freezer the day before and thawed them in the fridge and then warmed them in the crockpot. What an easy crowd pleasing recipe. Thank you for posting.

I made this with some mild Italian sausage & the resulting meat balls made for REALLY GOOD eating! A nice change for me from those with ground beef! I served these over rice, & that was nice, but another time I want to make them as appetizers! Thanks for sharing your recipe! These are nice and tasty little meatballs, we loved them and both my girls gobbled them down. I didn't have any stuffing mix so used your Spiced Panko Bread Crumbs and it worked really well together. The panko being lovely and light and the ginger complimenting the pork sausage nicely. I doubled the recipe to freeze half.

This was excellant Nimz, I served it with coconut rice and peas. The meatballs were perfect, small, hot and spicy, tender and juicy. The sauce was tart, tangy, sweet and spicy. Very quick and easy to make. A very comforting dinner.

Oh gosh, this is a wonderful recipe! this was a trail run for the holidays, I used my Seasoning for Gound Pork (Italian-Style Sausage) in place of the hot Italian sausages, I also used chicken-flavor stuffing mix, I love this recipe and plan on making it again! thanks Nims!...Kitten

Cathy, This is delicious. I made these to take to my niece's today. Everyone gave it a 5 stars. They all loved the sauce. It was tangy and with the perfect touch of sweetness. I loved the sage in it also. I baked mine with the sauce. Thank you Cathy, this is a keeper.
