  1. wow these are great. Full of flavors. I did it at dough setting and then let them rise around 30 minutes. And baked them at 350 F for 20 minutes. I did 8 small bread like Annacia did. I didn't have problem with the dough. I did my own roasted bell pepper. Thanks WiGal. Made for Market tag

  2. Excellent bread, I switched the peppers to olives and added rosemary instead of basil, along with some roasted garlic. I also used some diced tomatoes and garlic to spread on the bread. It was delicious and so easy! Thanks!

  3. Oops...I just rated this and left off the stars...it is Five Stars for sure!

  4. This was wonderful. I used sour cream as I didn't have yogurt and powdered garlic as my fresh was kind of old and I didn't want a bitter taste. I also had trouble with the water ratio but it was nothing I couldn't fix! I want to make small bread bowls for soup with this recipe. I used roasted red and green which gave it beautiful color. Thanks.

  5. OK, since there are so many reviews that raved about this recipe I decided to make an adjustment to fit my regular diet. I used King Arthus White Wheat flour in place of the bread flour becuase I try to eat as much whole grain food as I can. Since we know this recipe works great with the bread flour I decided to see what would happen. ANd the bread was still wondcerful! It was probably a little more dense than the orginal, but made a great bread with pasta and some delicious turkey sandwiches the next day :) Love the pepper and basil in in and the parmesean really came through! Great bread even with wheat flour!
