Great way to eat your carrots! I used regular carrots that I cut into smaller sections. Loved the spices thrown together. Will use this one again.

Five starts!!Off the chart yumminess.I made a pork roast and needed to use up some carrots.The caramelization and the roasted spices were just amazing.I didnt have garlic powder on hand so I omitted the salt and used 3/4 tspn garlic salt.I think it was a great sub...basically the same.So far my favorite way for cooking carrots...much better than all those sweet sugar glazes that I am so tired of!I cant say enough!

I made this as one of several side dishes with Italian Beef and roasted red pepper Sandwiches. It paired extremely well. Everyone's taste buds LOVED the delicate and unusual balance of spices which I measured precisely. Thanks for submitting!
