Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450.
  2. Line 15x10x1-inch baking pan with foil.
  3. In pie pan, crumble croutons, Parmesan cheese and parsley.
  4. Brush chicken pieces with mustard; roll in crouton mixture.
  5. Place chicken on foil-lined pan.
  6. Bake at 450 for 15 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
