I found the onions took away from the kugel. It's a much crisper and simple taste without the onions and paprika.

This noodle kugel is fantastic. I didn't find it bland at all. Maybe not enough salt?

This was a good noodle dish, served as a side at luncheon by Bergy, I liked it but found it just a little bland. An interesting way to serve noodles, thanks for posting.

I think that this is a recipe that needs to come from the oven to the table. I made it one day and reheated the next - I baked it for 55 minutes and that was a bit too long(all our ovens differ). The onions are wonderful in it and the golden color on top sells it! Still it was a bit bland but this may be from it sitting overnight. I will make this again and correct what I think I did wrong - I do not think it was the fault of the recipe.

i made this for passover using the new kfp noodles that i noticed for the first time this year. i love savory kugels, and this was no exception, my guests devoured this.
