The wings are very very good. Spicy, sweet, and sticky. The next time, I would reduce the black pepper to 2 teaspoons. 1/8 cup was a bit too much for me. Also, I would skip the rosemary because it left these branches on the wings that interferes with the taste. Other than that, it is a keeper. Thank you for sharing.
Great wings! Instead of Italian seasoning, we used Rendevous seasoning from the restaurant in Memphis...our favorite grill seasoning. If anyone's interested, they can order it online by going to the restaurant's website. We intended the wings as an appetizer, but we couldn't stop eating them, so we never got to our huge slab of ribs! Thanks.
These wings are insanely good! I marinated them over night and followed the directions exactly and they came out so tender with lots of flavor. Definitely will be making these again.
Awesome wings! I marinated them overnight, and then baked them in the oven until they were done. Then I put them on the grill and basted them with the extra marinade that I had reserved. I grilled them until they were crispy. My husband, who hates hot/spicy food, loved them.
Very good wings. I kept the wings in foil until they were almost done, then put them on the grill to crisp. Loved the sauce. Thanks for sharing.
UPDATE: Aah, found the perfect thing. I just seasoned my chicken wings, deep fried them for 8 minutes or so, and then tossed in the sauce. I had simmered the sauce on the stove for about 25 minutes and it was amazing!
