Savory Ham Balls

This recipe is a good take on meatballs

Ingredients:

Serves: 8

Yield: 2.0 pounds

• 1 lb ground pork
• 1 lb ground cooked ham
• 2 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 2/3 cup crushed shredded wheat cereal
• 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
• 2/3 cup water
• 1/3 cup vinegar
• 3/4 teaspoon ground mustard

Directions:

1. in a bowl combinepork, ham, eggs, milk and cereal shape into aprox. 2 inch balls.
2. place in a baking dish.
3. in a saucepan combine last four ingrieidents and bring to a boil.
4. simmer four minutes and then pour over balls.
5. bake 350 for 1 hour.
