• Yields: 1 1/4 cups

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
• 3 tablespoons minced garlic
• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1 tablespoon black pepper
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 2 tablespoons onion powder
• 1 tablespoon liquid smoke
• 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

directions

1. Mix all ingredients in bowl very well. Marinade steaks for 8 to 12 hours--enjoy.
