My husband grilled these ribs after I put the recipe together, and we just loved them! Done on the grill, they came out extremely juicy. I let them marinade all day, which seemed to get the flavor deep into the meat.

Wow!! These are some really, really delicious ribs! My DH made these and chose to grill them (of course;)) and they turned out to be very tender and flavourful. We really enjoyed this recipe, thanks for posting! Made for ZWT 3

These tasted pretty good but I had to do some guessing to get to that point. I halved the amount of ribs and sauce and was confused about step #2 "Place spare ribs in a large bowl or gallon size zip-lock bag" because then in step #5 it says to microwave the ribs for 10-15 minutes....in a plastic bag?? So....I placed the ribs in a microwave cooking dish, mixed the salad dressing mix (1 pkg.) with 2 T. oil and smeared it over the ribs, then 'waved them for 10 minutes. I wasn't sure if the ribs were supposed to be covered, or not, in the oven, so I covered them for half the time (30 minutes), then uncovered and basted them, then cooked for another 20 minutes. Good thing I covered them the first 30 min. as they were getting a bit dry after the 20-minute uncovered time period. All in all, the flavor is really nice with these ribs and they turned out quite tender, BUT, the recipe needs some fine-tuning, as far as the methods go. Thanks Alskann....I'm going to play around with this one!
