This was a desperation recipe. It will bake for a while, or turn the heat down (200-250°F) and have a lay down. Good for after work or after shopping. The sauce makes a nice gooey topping.
- Put chicken parts on a cookie sheet or in a pan.
- (I usually take the skin off because I want the gooey stuff on the chicken). Spoon the spaghetti sauce on the chicken.
- Bake at 325°F for 45 minutes or so.
I love it when the recipe is simple and delicious. I used two boneless, skinless chicken breasts and still baked them 45 minutes in San Marcos Sunshine's Pasta Sauce a La Nesslageni #15247.
