Another fun grill recipe and great for camping.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 4 cups o'brien frozen potatoes
  • 12-34 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, and american cheese blend
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated parmesan cheese
  • salt and pepper (optional)

Directions

  1. Cut a large piece of heavy-duty foil (18x18 inches).
  2. Spray foil with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Add potatoes to a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the ranch dressing; stir to coat.
  5. Transfer potatoes to the center of the foil piece.
  6. Sprinkle with the shredded cheese blend.
  7. Fold foil over potatoes to make a packet.
  8. Make sure edges are sealed and allow space on the sides for circulation of heat.
  9. Place packet on grill over medium heat.
  10. Cover and grill 20-25 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  11. Place packet on a large platter.
  12. Carefully open packet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese and salt/pepper if desired.
