Directions

  1. place brisket in crockpot.
  2. mix remaining ingredients, pour over meat.
  3. cook on low 10 hours.
  4. remove meat.
  5. pour juices into a pan, boil to thicken, about 15 minutes.

Mamma Mia -- I LOVE this, Chia! I made this overnight so hubby and I would have tasty "brown bag" lunches for work, and I ran into a big problem -- I kept nibbling at mine on the drive in!!! It just falls into pieces, it is so tender, and is so delicious. Five stars and a million thanks for sharing it.

With this interesting blend of ingredients, I expected a tastier sauce to result. The sauce was a little hot (spicy), but other than that, not much of a flavor, we thought. The meat did come out tender and falling apart. Good, just not great in my book.
