473.18 ml uncooked elbow macaroni
453.59 g ground beef
118.29 ml chopped celery
118.29 ml chopped onion
44.37 ml flour
473.18 ml milk
59.14 ml soy sauce
2.46 ml basil
473.18 ml shredded cheddar cheese
283.49 g frozen peas

directions

Prepare Macaroni according to package directions. Brown ground beef with celery and onion. Sprinkle flour over cooked beef mixture. Stir to blend. Gradually add milk, soy sauce and basil. Bring to boil. Stir in cheese until melted. Combine macaroni, meat mixture and peas. pour into casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
